What to expect after an appointment request
A request is not a confirmed appointment. Online requests are not currently available; please call or email the office to arrange next steps. An appointment is scheduled only after our staff confirms it with you. Please don't include medical details in online inquiries.
Insurance and payment
Insurance participation can change. To confirm whether your plan is accepted, and to ask about payment, please call 724-339-1500 before your first visit.
Existing patients
For scheduling, prescription questions, or other needs, please call the office during business hours. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
